Toni Bouldes
Operations Director
Toni Bouldes brings a wealth of professional experience and a heart for service, generosity, and helping others thrive to Diversity Church. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Indiana Tech.
Before joining Diversity Church, Toni spent 25 years at AT&T in Operations, Human Resources, and IT. Her commitment to generosity and serving others is reflected in more than 20 years as a Leadership Giver with United Way of Central Indiana, along with volunteer work with multiple organizations. Toni is passionate about creating systems and opportunities that help people and ministries grow and thrive.
Toni also founded Rooted & Rising, a ministry focused on the second half of life, to foster meaningful connections, encourage continued growth, and connect people with resources to thrive in every season. She believes every stage of life holds opportunities for faith, connection, growth, and purpose. She and her husband, Mark, have been married since 2016 and enjoy their blended family of four children, two daughters-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren.
